SHIPPING POLICY

We're so excited to be part of your little one's journey, and we want to make sure you know exactly how and when your items will arrive.

🚚 Order Processing

  1. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
  2. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 working days for order processing. As a small family-run team, we truly appreciate your patience during these times.
  3. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
  4. Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping Only

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

📦 Shipping Rates

We like to keep things simple:

  • Standard Delivery (up to 3 working days) – £2.99 flat rate on orders under £65
  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £65

Your items will be delivered via a trusted UK courier, and you’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way.

📬 Missing or Late Package

If your package hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Double-check that the shipping address you provided at checkout is correct.
  2. Check with neighbours, building reception, or colleagues in case someone accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  3. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, let us know as soon as possible.

📸 Reporting Damages

We do our best to pack your items with love and care, but if your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos and video of the unopened package.
  2. Ensure the damage is visible and include photos of:
  • The outer packaging
  • The damaged product(s)
  • The shipping label with your address visible

This documentation is essential to help us process any claims with our delivery partners. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages.
