RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AT TULINKY
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.
Like New Condition:
Please ensure products are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging (including tags and labels).You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return:
- Pack your items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for returning inside the package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
